Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 big tomatoes
a green pepper
salt, pepper
2 garlics
3 tablespoon olive-oil
How to make it:
First wash the vegetables, then cut them into small pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the tomatoes and the pepper. Add the smashed garlic into it, then spice it with some salt and pepper. Beat the egg, add some flour and then pour it into the pan, then cook the omlet. If it is getting ready, just turn it like a pancake, and make the other side too.

Tipps: for this omlet you can eat some rice or ratatouille
Great for an easy breakfast!

2 ovos
1 cebola
3 tomates
2 dentes de alho
tempero verde, sal, pimenta a gosto
farinha de trigo para polvilhar
Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic
1 season green, salt, a pinch of pepper
wheat flour to sprinkle

Modo de preparo:
Pique metade da cebola, um dente de alho, e misture na carne, junto com o tempero verde, sal, pimenta e os ovos. Misture bem. Depois, faça pequenas bolas da mistura, e passe-as na farinha de trigo.
Method of preparation:
Take half an onion and finely chop them, a clove of garlic finely chopped, and mix in the meat, with the season green, salt, pepper and the eggs. Mix well. Then, make small balls of the mixture, and pass them in the wheat flour.

Para o molho: Doure a outra metade da cebola, e o outro dente de alho, e após acrescente os tomates. Coloque sal a gosto. Quando o molho já estiver consistente, coloque as almôndegas na panela e espere que cozinhar.
For the sauce: Roughly cut the tomatoes and cook them in a saucepan add water if needed to create a sauce and so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.. Grind the other half of the onion, and the other clove of garlic and add it to the tomatoes. After the tomatoes have boiled, add salt. When the sauce is already consistent, place the meatballs in the saucepan and simmer it until done.

Essa receita pode ser servida para 4 pessoas, e fica boa acompanhada de arroz e rúcula.
The dish can serve 4 people, and it is good accompanied with rice and rúcula.
